Privacy Policy
Face Data – Collection & Use
We do not collect or store biometric identifiers (such as faceprints, face templates, or embeddings).
If you choose to roast a photo, the app processes the image to generate humorous text based on visible attributes (e.g., clothing, expression, style).
We do not perform face recognition, identity matching, or authentication.
Face Data – Sharing
To generate the roast, your image is transmitted over HTTPS to our processor, OpenAI, solely to return the roast text.
We do not sell or share your images or face data with any other third parties.
Face Data – Retention & Deletion
Us (Developer): We do not store your images on our servers. Roast results (text only) are stored locally on your device until you delete them.
OpenAI (Processor): API inputs/outputs may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and debugging, then deleted unless legally required to retain longer.
OpenAI does not use API data to train models unless a customer opts in; we do not opt in.
Third-Party Processing (OpenAI)
We use OpenAI’s API to analyze uploaded images and return a text response.
Processing occurs on OpenAI’s servers (U.S.-based) and is transient.

Security
All transfers to OpenAI occur over encrypted HTTPS.
We do not store, cache, or retain uploaded images.
We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.
No Identification
The app does not identify or verify real people. All outputs are for entertainment purposes only.

In addition to optional photo uploads, we collect minimal data necessary to provide our service:
Subscription information for premium features (via App Store / Google Play).
Basic app usage data for functionality.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services:
OpenAI – for AI-powered roasting functionality.
App Store / Google Play – for subscription management.
RevenueCat – for subscription analytics.
Crashlytics – for crash reporting and app stability.
User Controls
You can delete any roast results at any time from within the app or by uninstalling the app.
You may also choose not to submit images.
Agreement with Apple EULA
This Privacy Policy is in addition to, and does not replace, the Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app, you agree to both this Privacy Policy and the Apple EULA.
